Do I have to continue into coaching?
Nope! Not at all.
The audit stands on its own. Many people use it as a one-time reset to understand their finances and decide their next steps on their own. If you’d like support afterward, you may be invited to work with a coach, but there’s no pressure and no obligation.
Is this a budgeting program or budgeting template?
No.
If you’ve tried budgets or spreadsheets and they worked for about a month (or made you want to scream), you’re not alone. This isn’t a template or system to “stick to.” It’s a thoughtful analysis of your real financial patterns so you can make decisions that actually fit your life.
That being said, we do encourage you to build your own customized, easy-to-use, adaptable plan for your spending, saving, investing, and debt. If you choose to work with a coach, this is something your coach will do with and for you.
Is this therapy or financial advising?
Nope, and it’s not trying to be.
We’re trauma-informed financial coaches. That means we focus on clarity, behavior, patterns, and decision-making around money. We don’t provide therapy, investment advice, or tax guidance, but we do help you understand what’s happening and feel more grounded moving forward.
Is this just for people who are bad with money?
Most people who purchase the audit are doing a lot “right.” They earn decent money, pay their bills, and care about their future…they just don’t feel clear or confident yet. This is for women who want understanding, not judgment.
Who creates my audit?
Your audit is created by a real, trauma-informed financial coach, not an algorithm.
We read your responses carefully and build your report based on your actual situation. No auto-generated charts. No generic advice. Just thoughtful, human insight.
What happens after my purchase?
After checkout, you’ll receive a questionnaire that walks you through the information we need. Once you submit it, your coach gets to work. They may even reach out to you with a few extra questions. Then you’ll receive your completed audit within the stated timeframe, along with next steps and optional resources.
What if I decide to do coaching later?
If you choose to continue into one-on-one coaching, we’ll apply what you paid for the audit toward your first sessions.
